SendCards User Agreement celebrate

USER AGREEMENT: As a customer or artist on Sendcards it is important you read the agreement below. Using the Sendcards website means you accept this agreement.

Legal agreement: All visitors (“customers”, “artists”, “you”) to the Sendcards website (sendcards.io) are entering a binding legal agreement on the following terms (the “user agreement”) when using the website.

FOR CUSTOMERS: Please respect the copyright and trademarks of the work you see or purchase on Sendcards.

FOR ARTISTS: Artists on Sendcards must respect the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademarks. Artists are only allowed to upload content created by themselves and that they the have permission to use. Displaying your work on Sendcards brings on legal responsibilities, it is up to the artist to ensure you are not breaking any laws by publishing your work on Sendcards.

When you upload content to Sendcards you acknowledge that:

  • - You own all copyright in the content, or if you are not the owner, that you have permission to use the content
  • - Your use of the website will comply with all applicable rules, regulations, and laws

SendCards guest artist launch offer:

  • - Eligibility: Only artists we reached out to are eligible to receive the $50 compensation for submitting your first card design
  • - Compensation: Artists will receive $50 compensation via venmo or paypal after submitting their card design. Limit 1 card per artist. Once SendCards receives 20 artist card submissions the promotion will end. SendCards may reach out to artists to submit additional cards, compensation may differ from the guest artist launch offer.
  • - Usage/Exclusivity: SendCards receives exclusive rights to digital usage for 12 months after the compensation is processed. SendCards and the artist will agree separately on additional usage after 12 months, for non-digital distribution, and any other usage outside of digital use.
